An easy way is to get your device id is to get Erica Sadun‘s Ad Hoc Helper app (free) which will email your device id to a specified email address.
Another way to find your iPhone/iPod Touch device ID…
- Connect your device to your computer (and start iTunes if necessary).
- Click on the ‘Serial Number’ field in the iPhone/iPod Touch area (it will change to ‘Identifier (UDID)’).
- Click on the Edit->Copy menu item.
- Now you can paste the ID into an email or similar.
